About the Role
We are seeking a driven and professional Customer Service Representative to help families secure life and supplemental health coverage. This is a fully remote based opportunity with a base pay and performance-based earning potential and advancement paths into leadership.
This position requires an active Life Insurance License or the willingness to obtain one before selling.
Compensation Structure
Base Pay + Commission-based compensation
Average first-year representatives earn between $41,000–$135,000 depending on performance
Weekly pay
Renewal commissions

Schedule
Monday–Friday
Approximately 40 hours per week
Required daily virtual team meeting (10:30–11:30 AM ET)
Client appointment window: 2:00–8:00 PM ET
First-week onboarding training conducted via Zoom

Requirements
Must reside in the United States
Active Life Insurance License (preferred)
If unlicensed, must be willing and able to obtain a license prior to selling
Reliable internet connection
Quiet workspace suitable for client calls
