We are looking for a driven and reliable Remote Appointment Setter to join our growing team.
Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to warm prospects, starting conversations, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.
This is a performance-based role with strong upside for consistent producers.
Compensation
• $30 per qualified appointment booked
• $60 per appointment that shows
• $100 per deal that is closed
• Weekly target: 15 showed appointments (average closer ratio is 33-50%)
• Paid bi-weekly
Consistent setters hitting weekly expectations can generate strong income based on performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Messaging and calling warm leads (no cold calling)
• Booking Zoom appointments for licensed advisors
• Following up with prospects to increase show rate
• Tracking activity and results daily
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills (English)
• Confident and professional on the phone
• Organized and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Sales or appointment-setting experience preferred but not required
Expectations
• Minimum 10 showed appointments per week
• Consistent daily outreach and follow-up
• Reliable internet and phone access
• Coachable and performance-oriented

Job Responsibilities
Daily Minimum Targets:
- 250–350 dials
- 3–4 flips (same-day live transfers)
- 2–3 future booked appointments
Weekly Minimum Targets:
- 10-15 total sits generated
